Today we had dinner at Pho Van in SE Portland. They have the most delicious Vietnamese food. The girls love a glass of Mango juice, vegetarian salad rolls as an appetizer, rice and pork skewers for their main course, followed by a small bowl of Pho from Mama without the chicken :)- delicious. We had desset at home - a bar of SO Delicious Mini Vanilla zchocolate ice cream for each girl. Yummy!!!
