...who goes out on a Monday Night? Yes, that would be us. For some reason on this first work day of the week, we all needed dinner out. We had delicious Vietnamese food at Pho Van on 82nd Ave in SE Portland. Vegetarian salad rolls for all of us, and the girls shared this dish. Grilled pork, rice, and a glass of mango juice.
