...quick and simple - white Jasmine rice, golden cherry tomatoes, black refried beans, homemade guacamole, and fajita beef. There was so something for everyone. Delicious beans for Alena - who said "oh yum, my favorite - beans!" - and guacamole with fresh garlic and beef for Mia Rose our carnivore. I think Ron was happy too :)
