Let's just say, Alena was super excited for dinner. Mia Rose helped make the dough for the Spaetzle and today we added some dried parsley for added color. I should have gotten Wieners from Edelweiss, the German butcher, as hot dogs just do not do the lentils justice. Next time - Mia Rosie still loved the hot dogs, and Alena had a second serving of lentils & spaetzle....
