Sunday brunch on an almost snowy day

So, snow for the valley was in the forecast for today. If you have live in Pdx you know what this means. Panic - I have seen People refer to it as "Snowmagedon". We were prepared, and ist actually snowed off and on in our neighborhood, but nothing stuck. Oh well, but it was a Perfect day to just hang out at home...

So, we made brunch at home. Apple, maple, breakfast sausages from New Seasons, eggs, toast, jam, yoghurt - Whole Soy for the girlies, and the cow stuff for the parental units - Müsli, and a big bowl of vitamin packed fresh fruit salad. Just fruit, and a couple tablespoons of sunflower Sseeds. It is like sunshine in a bowl in the middle of winter.

Today I used one of each:-
fresh pineapple, Kiwi, apple, banana; a handful of fresh grapes, as well as frozen blueberries - picked by us :) - ; and a couple of tablespoons of raisins, and sunflower seeds. At the end I squeezed the Juice of 1/2 a large lemon over it and tossed it all up...
