Wednesday Dinner...

Gulasch, mixed baby green salad, and rustic bread from Grand Central. Yes, another meal which is cooked very slow. It does not take a lot of work to prepare the Gulasch but it needs at least 2-1/2 hours on the stove at a low simmer. I serve it with pickels - German style in vinegar.

A huge dinner success. Alena had two servings of Gulasch while Mia Rose finished her Gulasch and then followed up with three servings of salad :) That is what I call a dinner success in our
