...roasted corn on the cob, rosemary infused portabella mushroom, grilled zucchini, roasted orange peppers and sweet onion medley, and finally rosemary/garlic chicken skewers. Along Side we served BBQ sauce, and a thick balsamico Sauce - delicious :). Mia Rosie is our meat lover and the skewers are one of her favorites. Even Alena - who perfers beans over meat - loved the chicken today. Just in Case you are wondering, there was an ear of corn for each family member, and no, I actually did not make a salad tonight. Can you belive that?! ;)
