...so I forgot to mention that Ron ran a 1/2 Marathon this morning. Time for a special treat. I made Zwiebelrostbraten which literaly translates to "onion" roast. It is however steak - rib eye - topped with caramelized onions. Along side we had homemade Spaetzle, and - can you guess it? - a large bowl of mixed green salad. By the way, did you know that Mia Rose is an absolute meat lover? Yup, she loves it...

Zwiebelrostbraten...Sunday Dinner
...so I forgot to mention that Ron ran a 1/2 Marathon this morning. Time for a special treat. I made Zwiebelrostbraten which literaly translates to "onion" roast.
