Friday Night - Tagliatele with Bolognese

I finally have the key to perfect Bolognese sauce and made it again today. The Sauce was on the stove for well over three hours and turned out delicious. Ron stopped at Pastaworks on the Way home, and brought back delicious fresh Tagliatele....Both girlies were - as usual - on "Sauce Strike" and ate their pasta plain....
