Ground beef, a little ground pork, finely diced onion, a couple of cloves of garlic minced, italian herbs, pepper, paprika, salt, pepper and one egg, at least a 1/4 cup of breadcrumb (I use Panko) mixed it all up. Add more breadcrumbs if too moist. Form it into a loaf and bake at 375 F. The meatloaf is done when internal temperature is at 160 F.
