Baked chicken, rice, and Ackersalad - aka Mâché or Lamb's lettuce...

Oh, how I love having a well stocked freezer courtesy of the Bew Season's Family pack of meat. Yesterday I took out the package of the hi ken legs in anticipation for today's super easy - feels like cheater's - dinner.



Before baking the chicken, I coated them in Bisquick (!) to which I added salt, pepper, April's, and herbs de provence. Baked it - as it sates on the Bisquick packages - at 425 for 35 minutes skin dwn, and another 15 minutes skin up. That is all - and yes, Bisquick s - much to my surprise - Gaactosemaia safe :). The verdict on dinne tonight was thumbs up all around our ii ing room table.
