Yup, it has finally happened another type of salad thanks to our lovely weekly CSA box :) This week, we got a nice big bunch of Lacinato Kale as well as a bunch of rainbow carrots. Time for a change of pace, right? Now, I cannot tell you today what our main meal was {stay tuned for next Sunday to find out} but the fresh Kale salad turned out great! Yay - after two just about average dinners I may have my mojo back...Oh, and in case you were wondering; both of our girlies loved the salad as well :)
